Privacy policy
Last updated: 26 October 2026
This policy explains how Etrynity ("we", "us") handles personal information when you use this website. If you have any questions, contact us at connect@etrynity.com.
Information we collect
- Enquiries. When you use the contact form we receive the details you enter: your name, email address and message, and optionally your company, role and areas of interest. We email you a confirmation that your enquiry was received.
- Etrynity AI conversations. When you use the Etrynity AI assistant, Solution Finder or drafting tool, the text you type is sent to our AI provider to generate a response. This website does not store these conversations.
- Technical information. Our hosting provider processes standard technical data, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver the site securely. Our contact form and AI features also use your IP address briefly, held only in temporary memory, to limit repeated requests and prevent abuse.
How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss how we can help.
- To provide answers through Etrynity AI.
- To keep the website secure, including detecting spam and misuse.
- With your consent, to understand how the website is used so we can improve it.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your permission.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to run this website. They process information on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service:
- Vercel — website hosting and delivery.
- Resend — delivery of contact-form enquiries and confirmation emails.
- Anthropic — the AI model that generates Etrynity AI responses.
- Google Analytics — website analytics, only if enabled and only with your consent.
These providers may process information in countries other than your own, under their own security and data-protection commitments.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to respond to you and manage any resulting relationship, and then delete them when they are no longer required.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing connect@etrynity.com. Please don't include sensitive personal information in the contact form or in Etrynity AI conversations.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our website and services evolve. The "last updated" date above shows when it was last changed.
